This page explains how to delete your My One Button™ account and everything in it. My One Button™ is developed and operated by K.B.A. Investments Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Companies House number 03345267), and this page covers the My One Button™ app on the App Store and Google Play.
Deleting your account deletes your data. There is no partial version of this — when your account goes, everything you ever captured goes with it.
The whole flow lives inside the app, and it takes under a minute:
Your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out. Log back in any time within 30 days and the deletion is cancelled — your account and everything in it comes back exactly as you left it. If you don't log back in, your account and all its data are permanently deleted on day 30.
Your account and all its data are permanently deleted immediately. Because there is no way back, the app asks you to type DELETE to confirm. Once confirmed, it cannot be undone — not by you, and not by us.
If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify it's really you, delete the account, and confirm by reply — within 30 days at the latest, and usually much sooner.

One thing deleting your account does not do: cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so cancel it in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Menu → Payments & subscriptions) — ideally before you delete the account.
